RBIA ANALYZER

The objective of the RBIA Analyzer is to assist you to understand how an audit, that did not follow the RBIA process, became an expensive embarrassment to an audit department and lost all value in the eyes of a senior corporate executive.

RBIA Analyzer contains the following and we suggest that you use each section as described:

• Key documents of the failed audit that will be analyzed with the CD. Please review these documents. The problems that caused the audit to fail are evident in the documents. Write down all the reasons why you think the audit failed before you review the CD.

• A question and answer CD which analyzes the audit, identifies the problems and suggests alternatives. After you think you have figured out why the audit failed, load the CD and follow the instructions on each screen. The CD will only progress when you click the "Next" button so you have plenty of time to take notes and, if you think that it would be helpful to you, create your own Team Success Objectives and Risk Control matrix as the CD progresses.

• A printed copy of each slide on the CD. Please use the printed copies of the slides to add additional notes where you think appropriate.

• Risk Based Integrated Auditing™ - Changes/Updates to Current Version. Depending on when you attended an RBIA seminar, some of the material in RBIA Analyzer may be new to you. The OSTERIO Group constantly makes minor changes to RBIA based on feedback from the extensive list of internal audit departments that are currently using Risk Based Integrated Auditing™ We have summarized these changes as a means to bring you up to speed on our current version. If you attended a seminar within the last six months of the date of purchasing this product, you will already be up to speed on the latest version of RBIA.

RBIA Analyzer assumes that you have attended the full 4 day Risk Based Integrated Auditing™seminar either sponsored by your company or one of the seven regularly scheduled, open to the public, seminars held each year.
