PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION SEMINARS Interested in gaining a wealth of knowledge in your field and making a profit for your local IIA, IMA, or ISACA chapter? Invite Peter F. Osterio, CISA to speak at your next local chapter function. Peter's seminars include interesting topics that address a broad range of issues currently facing business control and internal auditing. Peter has conducted successful IIA chapter seminars for chapters in Pittsburgh, Denver, Omaha, Richmond, Raleigh, Savannah, Houston, Ft. Worth and other areas of the country. Invest one or two days, support your IIA, and obtain an overview of auditing topics. Our IIA, IMA, ISACA chapter seminars ensure you make a profit and The OSTERIO Group helps you market your seminar. See our seminar schedule for the next available seminar. HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CHAPTER SEMINAR? If you are interested in scheduling a Chapter Seminar with Peter F. Osterio as the instructor, here is how it works: Peter conducts one and two day overviews of Risk Based Integrated Auditing, Practical Governance and Risk Management, and Auditing in Self-Directed Work Teams. Peter has a proven track record in implementing Risk Based Integrated Auditing and Practical Governance and Risk Management for some of the largest organizations in the country including BellSouth, U S WEST, The Southern Company, Carolina Power and Light, Public Service Company of New Mexico, Sysco, Entergy and others. References from professional association officers will gladly be provided, and we encourage you to call these references. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Cost/Profit Sharing vs. Fixed Fee Options (1) Cost/Profit Sharing Option. As is our practice with professional associations, the fees are structured to reduce the possibility of losses and enhance profitability for the chapters involved. We will share the costs and split the profits evenly. You and Peter will agree on the out-of-pocket expenses incurred in conducting the seminar. Your expenses typically include seminar facilities, AV equipment, marketing, mail out costs, seminar materials, lunches and refreshments. Our expenses include round trip coach airfare, meals, airport parking, shuttle/taxi costs, lodging, and mileage (if applicable). Our marketing costs typically average approximately $150.00. The combined expenses are to be covered by gross proceeds, and then the profits from the seminar are to be split 50/50. (2) Fixed Fee Option. Peter can conduct the seminar for a fixed fee plus out-of-pocket travel expenses and marketing costs. Our marketing costs typically average approximately $150.00. Typical travel expenses include round trip coach airfare, meals, airport parking, shuttle/taxi costs, lodging, and mileage (if applicable). You will be invoiced at the conclusion of the seminar and payment is due upon receipt. Once your association agrees on a pricing structure, please contact our office to reserve a date. Our phone number is (770) 536-2898 and our e-mail address is admin@osterio.com. The OSTERIO Group will then forward you a draft letter of arrangement explaining the details of the seminar. Once your chapter agrees with the draft, The OSTERIO Group will forward you a "final" agreement letter, which serves as our contracted agreement. Until final confirmation of the seminar, the seminar is considered tentative on our schedule. HOW DO I MARKET THE SEMINAR? The OSTERIO Group will assist you to market the seminar as follows:
The OSTERIO Group is committed to working with each chapter and its organizing committee to make the seminar a phenomenal success. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact The OSTERIO Group at (770) 536-2898.
